Lil & Mil designs is a small handmade, digital and sublimination business situated in Victoria, Australia. Currently we only ship physical products Australia wide until international shipping is set up in store.
Due to the reliability of postal services we strictly use Australia Post within Australia with tracking numbers provided upon postage of all our handmade items.
Standard postage times apply, and unfortunately delays naturally occur around busier times of the year such as Public Holidays and special occasions like the Christmas period.
Standard turn over periods for items;
- Instock : Please allow for up to 3 business days before items are posted
- Made to Order : Based on the volume please allow for 3-5 business days before items are posted, at a minimum. For higher volumes please allow 2weeks+
- Pre Order : Fabrics are ordered on approximately a monthly basis, with 5-8 weeks expected turn around time from the fabric closure date. These dates can vary and you can find them in the header of the Pre Order section. Any longer times expected if there's a high volume of orders placed this will be either stated in this header, or communicated as soon as possible upon placing the order.
